Our sales team works directly with hiring managers and partners with HR directors across the industry. This gives us firsthand knowledge of what our clients are specifically looking for in a candidate. In return, allowing us to paint a complete picture of what the roles will entail.

Follow The path

Every candidate follows the same path. We start with an initial discussion of your background and complete career history. You are then presented with any of our open role(s) that are in line with your skillset and career goals. You are given the full description as told by the hiring manager directly in addition to a full job specification. At this point you are then given the opportunity to decide on whether or not you would like to be submitted to the client. Should the client wish to bring you in for an interview we will do a full interview preparation which includes discussing the interview process and tendencies of the group you are interviewing with. Once the client wishes to make an offer we walk you through this process of negotiation compensation on your behalf. When the two sides have reached an agreement our team walks you through the resignation in detail. We ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
